Qualifications

Background:

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC # 46373) with over 10 years of clinical experience,
I provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy for adults and teenagers, as well as premarital counseling for couples. My clinical approach is a form of depth psychology which seeks to bring about lasting change by increasing self-awareness in the context of a life-giving therapeutic relationship.

In addition to private practice, I have taught as an adjunct psychology professor at Point Loma
Nazarene University and provided counseling services at a non-profit agency, a University Wellness Center, a residential crisis house, and various high schools in the San Diego area. I also enjoy training small group leaders and leading various workshops related to the integration of psychology and Christian Faith.
